Returns & Refunds
At Gem Finesse, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
We will issue a refund for the amount paid for the item(s), provided that the item(s) are:

Returned in an unworn, unused, and undamaged condition

In their original Gem Finesse packaging

Accompanied by a valid reason for return

Returned from the original delivery address
Return Process:

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the item.

If the item received is damaged, notify our customer care team within 48 hours, along with photos/videos of the item as received.

Contact our support team via the details below. We will arrange for a return pickup from your delivery address.

The returned product must include the original box/packaging and invoice.

All returned products must be in new or unused condition, free of scratches, marks, or any damage.

Once the product is inspected, refunds will be processed to your bank account.
Note: Items purchased online cannot be returned at any physical/offline store, and vice versa.
If the above requirements are not met, Gem Finesse reserves the right to refuse the return request.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges or replacements. If you wish to order a different item, please return the unwanted item as per our return policy and place a new order online.
